This is a complete disaster.. the bike has arrived with more faults than I care to mention and two weeks later Himo are no closer to resolving any of them.. avoid!
Complete disaster send me second hand bike , front wheel disc brake doesn’t work and damaged !! Dealing with customer care 20days since purchased the bike Z16 e bike try to call them no response company based in China very difficult hold of them !!
