None of the bike parts were injured under transportation which was great. However I didn’t receive my fenders or my bell, still waiting for that and they say it’s going to take 30 days 😞 unlucky part is it is the most rainy season in Denmark right now. Also customer service can be difficult to get a hold of at times wspecially when trying to contact them through their customer support page on their website. Other than that a really great high quality bike for a great price👍🏽

My bike arrived within a few days. I immediately put it together (without any problems) and tested how it behaves in city and off-road driving. Impressions are great so far. Excellent tires, it is extremely fast in any mode, the battery is very durable. But there is one thing that bothers and annoys me immensely, the steering wheel is too short and every time I make a slightly bigger turn, I hit it with my foot. So, this is a problem that needs to be solved as soon as possible so that the bike is outstanding and not just very good.

Nella confezione non erano presenti i due parafango e il catarifrangente del fato anteriore. Il supporto on line Himo non mi ha detto se mi verranno spediti in seguito. Sotto il telaio c’è un copricavi che era fissato con tre viti che ho subito perso in quanto fissato male. Il cambio SHIMANO era da regolare in quanto non cambiava bene, sono andato in una officina per le regolazioni del caso. Per il resto la bici è ok.

I purchased the ZB20 Max and I’ve found it to be a great bike, comfortable and the range is very good. I mostly ride in eco mode and can easily achieve 50 miles plus on the fairly flat routes I take. Even on a few hills I find eco mode to be very helpful and rarely need to use mid or high power. Of course the bike isn’t light at 28kg but folded will fit in the boot of my Renault Captur which is the reason I wanted a folding bike.

When I received the bicycle I noticed that the back wheel disk brake was touching the brakes. I had to send the new bike to a bike repair shop and they confirmed that both disk brakes (front and back) were bent. I had to pay additional money for that. Now, after the fixing it, I can say I am happy with the bike. In eco mode you can get assistance for many kilometers
