I received the bike with a big defect visible on the factory bike but also the bike was broken when I unpacked it. The pedaling assistance didn't work. It's been a month now since I ordered it and it's only now that I was able to be reimbursed. Himo's staff have been very kind and helped me, however this procedure took a long time because they respond only once in the day, or less.
I pre-ordered it on indigogo and supported the project. After 4 years still waiting for my order and no comment or reply from support team!
Only had the bike a week, very happy with it, good build quality! Not super easy to assemble, bike didn’t arrive with step-by-step assembly guide. Also minor scratching on the dashboard/screen upon arrival but overall very happy with the build quality. Seems sturdy so hopefully it holds up over time. Based on other reviews it seems like it has longevity and it’s CE certified. Customer service was responsive to all my queries during the delivery process :)
